At last we are back on line!! We lost our land line and internet connection for 10 days!
Well the foaling has gone very smoothly thus far with just 4 or 5 left to go. Foals by our young stallions have really impressed. Langaller Starring Role who is our home-bred 4 year old colt by Catherston Dazzler out of Loughbeg Marie {I'm A Star} has 3 foals on the ground and all colts. 1 bay {out of a Chesnut}, 1 Chesnut and 1 grey. It would probably be fair to say that they our 3 best foals, certainly 3 of the best. Excellent conformation and masses of limb. Will try to up load some pictures shortly. Newtown Pedro has given us two purebred foals, one grey and one Dun. I have tried and failed to up load pics of them but will try again. Woodvean Midnight Blue's eldest foal has been 2nd twice at County show level much to our delight and both our hack mares have foaled to him too and we are delighted with their foals. The latest one born just this morning looks like she will be black. How shiny will she look in the show ring????
Keady Star is rewarding our support of him by throwing some super foals with a few of his older offspring really starting to fly his flag. Michael Cook's Aidensfield Rupert won at County level as a 3 y old last season and has already won at Newark and Royal Windsor under saddle.
